Links in Outlook 2010 don't work

Hi,
I swear i had this problem before, and i posted a thread about it, but i cant seem to find it.

Everytime i clink on a link in outlook 2010 i get this message.

I'm the admin, and i have set no restrictions up.

i was getting the same message, I found this tool http://www.reliefjet.com/Product/Features/OutlookTweaks, works perfectly for me, all my links are working now.

ReliefJet could be a good canidate for submission in: FREE Great Programs for Windows 7 I did a quick search, and couldn't find it listed, make sure it is completly free.
