I can't get my MS office to work.

Hi,

When i purchase my new desktop i can just install Microsoft words without any disk. Now i cannot even start it. Why? I click ok but still unable to work. I am using window 7 Home Premium.

Have you gone into the control panel/microsoft office? Possibly if you go to uninstall it it will give you an option to repair it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. However i still cannot solve the problem. I am stuck at this screen forever.

And also how can i remove this Q drive?
