I've wrote 10 letters out with different address but MSW2010 Problem.

I'm writing 10 letters. They all have the same body but the only different thing is the address.

I wrote one letter out with X address. I pressed save as "Letter1"
I then deleted that address from letter X and wrote another address in the same document for letter Z and named it "Letter2".

I emailed them off to my girlfriend to print and she says all 10 documents feature the same address, even though i have pressed 'Save as' and i can see all of them in my documents are different.

Any idea's why this is happening?

Thanks
Dan

Yes, I go to File -> Save as.

And 'X' is an eXample of a address. Of course i'm writing in 10 different addresses.

Problem solved by putting all 10 letters into 1 document and using 10 pages.

You could also have used Word's mail merge feature, but kudos to you for finding a solution that worked for you.
