Restore a default shortcut in Word 2007

When writing macros in Word 2007 I’m usually careful not to overwrite default shortcuts that I use a lot, but recently I accidentally assigned one to control-shift-C and then discovered I could no longer use the format painter (except by clicking on the paintbrush icon). Although I know how to cancel and restore individual keystroke macros, unfortunately this one is a double keystroke, i.e. control-shift-C followed by control-shift-V. There don’t appear to be two separate commands for Copy format (C) and Format painter (V). How can I restore these twinned keystroke commands without resetting the whole system?
