    Outlook 2010 accounts backup without editing registry


    Hi all,
    does anyone know how to backup and restore outlook 2010 accounts without using the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles registry key?

    I'm assuming you are not using MS Exchange Server.

    Info is saved in .pst files.

    Thanks Lemur, but account settings aren't stored in .pst file.

    This might be an option. Only caveat is I've never tried it.

    Hi Zeus,

    The only one that I have found that looks promising is ABF - unfortuantely not free - although there is a 30 day trial. I haven't tried it unfortunately.
