[Office 2010] Changing Overall Font

The Office 2010 "general" fonts (menus, sidebars, etc) do not seem to be unaffected by my desktop composition themes. I can change the color theme, and I can change the font used in messages, but I can't find anything that lets me change the font/color used in the menus, the left or right panels, etc. I'm sure there's an obvious setting I'm just missing.

Changing from Office 2003 to either 2007 or 2010
Since support is about to end for 2003 version, I think that it may be time to change. I am not so sure about the templates...
