Outlook 2010, Some folders do not group emails into conversations

    Hi Folks,

I have a strange issue, recently we've migrated to outlook 2010, and following this process some of my outlook 2010 folders are not grouping emails into conversations. Andy idea what would be the cause/fix for this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the reply's, but conversation mode is enabled in my outlook. But it simply refuses to group the emails into a conversation thread. Is there a tool out there to trouble shoot this?

    Cheers,

By repair do you mean re-installing outlook? If that's the case I have not tried that yet, but I will, will post back with results.

    Hi.

Outlook has a repair feature you need to go to control panel, add remove programs, select outlook and select change and then "repair" or if you like, you may uninstall and re-install it manually :)
