Creating 'default templates' for new pages in OneNote?

I need to be able to have OneNote start up with some pre-defined text in it, sort of like how it automatically puts the date/time in.

What I want is for a dream journal, and I want it to have the text:
    Category:
    Keywords:
    Description:

on it, every new page of that notebook (and ONLY that notebook)

    Is this possible?

    Thanks!

    E: It's OneNote 2010.
