    Hello Sophie,

Have you tried a "Save As" and then specifying a different name?

    Regards,

Before you filled out the questionaire, did you save the attachment as a separate document or did you just open the attachment. and then fill in the answers?

I think your best bet is to e-mail the sender and ask him/her to resend the Excel document.

When you open your e-mail application, right-click the attachment and save it with a different name to your Documents folder.

You should then be able to complete the questionaire before returning it as a different attachment to the one you received.

I just downloaded it onto my computer and filled it out, i guess saving the actual document first would of helped - oops!
Thank you for you help! I'll just have to fill it out again.
    Sophie.
