Office 2003 and activation/key issue after new motherboard

Have been running Office 2003 for a long time now...apparently the 'key' can only be activated 4 times ??

Problem is I just changed motherboards on 2 computers running Office 2003 and now on my main one I am getting the "# of keys has expired" message upon activation after the new MB

Is there a way around this since it's the same PC that two activations were used on....#1 when I upgraded to Win 7 Pro 64bit from XP Pro via Seven Forums tutoruial...and #2 after the installation of a new motherboard and HDD ?

Is there a method for Office 2003 Activation similar to the Windows clean/custom install using the Win 7 Pro Upgrade DVD for Windows ?

    Thanks....TRinAZ

If you don't have it you can extract it from the registry using one of these freeware tools
    Tools to Retrieve Product Key

Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit - Not only does Belarc extract product keys, it reports on a WHOLE BUNCH of other stuff you want to know. Printing the report, or saving it is probably a good idea.

Thanks Iceman.....but I do have the key and original DVD sleeve with the Microsoft label and key. My problem is apparently you can only activate Office 2003 4 times....and the after the setup with the new motherboard Office called for another activation...and I have reached my four install limit between the 2 upgrades to this PC and 2 upgrades to my second PC also running Office 2003.

Is there a way to activate Office 2003 Pro for a 5th time...or any type of registry modification that will do this as with Windows 7 upgrade disks and the tutorial ?

    Thanks

Registry modification would be considered cracking in this case, which can not be discussed here.

The only legit way to go in your case - choose "Activate software by phone" option.
(Telephone number will appear on the next couple screens).

Try to activate it with robot, if robot activation will fail, connect to operator and explain your situation.
They are always on the customer's side if you are legit user even if a number of Internet-activations is exhausted.

Thanks guys...once I figured out how to get a live person on the phone...they activated Office again without any questions.

    Working fine now...
