We need some more info on this case. Does it return any error windows?
Info on pretty much all errors can be obtained via Event Viewer (instructions are in this post).

In a mean time, please try to start Outlook is safe mode (just Outlook, not Windows).
For that press Win button, and copy this line in search bar. Then hit Enter
Code:
outlook /safe
Also, does Outlook work when you shutdown wireless?

At the moment we need a crystal ball to help you...Details are short.

Did you have any problems with Outlook PRIOR to the printer installation?

Did you install any other programs round about the same time?
