I have an Access2007 which until today was being solely on XP platform - until today. The office upgraded a user to Windows 7 and on her machine, all you see is a "View" tab with nothing in it. The circular Office button is nowhere to be found, so I can't figure out how to enable things on that system.
The database doesn't appear to be corrupt - I can open the database as expected on a machine with XP and see the various tables, queries, reports and such, but even though the navigation pane is alive and viewable on the XP machine not so on Windows 7.
Any ideas? I have several Access databases - and at any moment other machines could be 'upgraded' causing the same issue.
