Outlook 2010 no profile and no administrator rights error

My name is Lucian, every time when I load office 2010 I have this problem in the past 2 days. I try to see if it could be a problem with registry key, I did some clean up, I did some key registry integrity repair and some fixes, every time when I try to create a new profile it does not allow me like somebody restricted me access, which to be honest it is first time when I meet this strange problem.

I succeed to debug many times error, but this one, its first time encounter.

I would appreciate any advice or help if you did encounter before this problem before.

P.S.: I did the right click administrator open action and any other similar , it does not work.

thank you

The first error is suggesting that your mail profile has been deleted or isn't there. Have you had worknig mail on this one before?

Check your mail settings by clicking start>control panel>mail (If you cant see it then search for 'mail' using the search bar at the top right)

When in mail click show profiles and see if there are any listed in there. The default profile is called Default.
