Factory Settings vs Microsoft Office 2010

I am getting ready to reset my Gateway LT280u Netbook to Factory setting. Does this means when the settings are reset I have to get a new Product Key for Microsoft Office 2012 or can I use the old one?

You will need to reinstall MS Office 2010 and activate it with the product key that came with the software.
