Pin and Email issue for old ProductKey

I recently Reseted my Gateway LT2802u back to its factory settings I have successfully reinstalled my Anti-virus Kaspersky progam and My windows the Ultimate through their keys. Microsoft Office 2010 is the only issue right now.
----------------

I still have the the Pin card In the box. So I saw the directions on the card saying to Go to "www.office.com/getkey" Enter the Pin to get key so I did that. When doing this message came up::

The PIN entered has already been used to retrieve a Microsoft Office Product Key. To access this Product Key, Sign in to your account.

NOTE: If you did not create an account when redeeming this PIN, the only record of your Product Key was sent to the email address provided at redemption. There is no record of your Product Key on this site.

**Problem**
I had Best Buy install all of this for me the first time I bought it, which was a year ago, so I am not sure of what E-mail I should log into to get my product.

Any Help, Advice, or Different approaches of retrieving my Product Key?

Hi there
First does Office install at all -- doesn't have to be activated. Even if it doesn't run so long as it installs..

If it does then try running belarc advisor

Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit

This should give you its product key which you can then either call ms to re-activate or re-enter the key on the office key screen and re-download.
(the program gives both the product key and serial number) so if you need phone re-activation then you should have all the data.

see screenshot -- even recognized I was running W8 CP !!!.

The Microsoft Office Home and Student (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is not even showing up. Only a the Microsoft office screen telling me to type in the product key so they know which type of office my computer is going to install.
