    Hyperlink not working on Office outlook 2007 on Windows 7


    When i click hyperlink of any new mail i got it redirects to http://%22/

    Please help on this

    What browser are you using? And what is that link you are trying to open?

    Currently am using IE 8 and no other browser were installed. I got www.google.com in mail even am getting other links too, i tried with all the links whichever i got in mail.
    But when i click that link i have been redirected to http://%22

    strange

    Have you tried manually pasting the link to your browser and see if it still redirects? and what antivirus do you use?

    I tired copying the link and pasted in browser it works. But from outlook if i directly click that link it redirects to http://%22

    Sounds like a registry problem. Don't be upset.

    Back up all your emails & contacts and/or account settings.

    Uninstall Office 2007 completely with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall restart and install it. Import all your stuff.

    Let us know how it goes & if the redirect still persists.

    %22 is an URL-encoded quote mark (") - this is usually due to a malformed link.It has been used in bad programming by bot owners or in SQL injection attacks.

    I tried to uninstall but the problem is in my office machine, i can't uninstall and test.

    Is there any other way to fix this issue?
