    Corrupted .PST over 2GB

I have a user who has a PST file a little over 2 GB and will not open now. I've heard you cannot repair a PST file over 2 GB, so are there any recommendations on how to repair it?

I actually tried this. I kept shaving off pieces of the .PST by 10 MB and ever after it was below 2 GB, SCANPST.EXE still froze when attempting to repair it.

Let me tell you one thing Scanpst. freezes while repairing the .pst files. So just wait till it gives you a confirmation that its done repairing.

On personal experience I've repaired my 1.5 gb .pst file several times that way and I keep task manager open when its repairing.
