Somehow I set the default behaviour of Outlook 2010 to insert pictures in front of text instead of inline with text.
In word, it is ok and use inline with text. I confirmed this in the word options, advanced, cut, copy and paste options:"insert pictures as" Inline with text.
However, this does not seem to affect outlook when i try to insert in new messages.
The options in the outlook menu do not list this "cut, copy paste" as a choice.
