Outlook 2010 Access to limited subfolders
Sorry if this has already been covered, i'm new so please forgive...
I'll try to keep it simple.
I'm trying to grant access to only a couple of subfolders within a users inbox, the recepient of the permissions should only have access to the subfolders i specify and no read access to anything else. How do I do this?
I've tried granting access to the heirachy to folder visible from inbox down to the subfolder and then grant full access to the subfolder: eg:
Inbox: visible, Plans 2012: visible. John Smith: Full control.
But has not seemed to work.
Can anyone please provide a full and easy explanation of how to do this?
Please let me know if u need any more info.
Thanks in advance.
