Suddenly email links/hyperlinks stopped working

I had to re-install Mozilla Firefox and ever since then, my links/hyperlinks in my emails (Microsoft Outlook 2007) won't work. It may have been other things that I installed which led me to have to re-install Firefox, but I just need to be able to get the links to work again.....help!!!

Welcome to Seven forums rguevara2

What browser is your default browser?
Internet Explorer? Firefox?

Try method one from here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049

If you are using Firefox as your default browser then from option 9 select Firefox as your default program. Restart outlook and see if it solves the problem.

You may manually want to recheck if firefox is your default browser by going to
  • Options
  • Advance Tab
  • System Defaults
  • Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser

I am having a problem with my Windows 7/Microsoft Office 10 using Internet Explorer
When clicking on a hyperlink in an e-mail (or on a website), I get a message ‘This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator’. I am the administrator of this stand-alone computer. How do I deactivate the feature so that I can use hyperlinks?
Until three months ago, this features worked well
