Windows 7: Office 2013 - Why?

I tried 2103 for a while under Windows 8 in VM mode.

I took a good while to get used to 2010's ribbons, but it seems to me that 2013 is little more than tinkering around the edges, plus its even more bloated than its predecessors.

I've been waiting for Publisher to include a Macros facility for years, I use this a lot for Newsletters and other publications, but not yet it would seeem; maybe this has to do with MSs latest versions being aimed at tablets rather than the good ol' PC platform.
