Search box missing in Windows explorer & start menu after MS Office

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. I reinstalled my windows after problem in my hard drive format. Everything was working fine till I installed MS Office 2010 Professional plus. After that my windows search box is missing both in start menu and windows explorer. In my previous windows there was nothing problem like this, only in this windows.

I even tried every solutions provided by online forums and websites nothing worked. So I uninstalled MS Office, and everything turned normal again.

But problem is I need to install MS Office for my daily reports and assignment purposes. Help me if there any solution for this to install Office and also get back search box.
