I don't use Outlook, but I'd think the general procedure would be to:
1: Export from Outlook Express to location X
2: Open Outlook, use the import function, and navigate to location X.
Is that what you are doing?
Can you export in more than 1 format? If so, try another format.
It's also a good idea to make manual copies of all of your Outlook Express files (dbx, etc) in case your corrupt the originals during the export/import process.
Email export and import functions haven't improved in the last 10 years, so welcome to reality. I hate changing email programs for that reason.
There are applications out there designed to convert DBX to PST, but I don't know if they are required. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

Can you export to a DVD or USB thumb drive? Or temporarily install the Outlook Express drive into the Outlook PC?
Yes, the whole process is pathetic. There was nothing wrong with Outlook Express to begin with, but they got rid of it.
It's apparently a willful decision--other fish to fry, I guess. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Ignatz Special; 4 speed manual gearbox; factory air conditioning; one of one OS Windows 7 SP1, Home Premium, 64-bit CPU Intel Sandy Bridge i5-2500, not overclocked Motherboard Gigabyte H67A-UD3H-B3, full ATX Memory 4 GB Crucial DDR3-1333 Graphics Card none; graphics are integrated on CPU Sound Card onboard: Realtek ALC892; external: USB Behringer UF0-202 Monitor(s) Displays NEC 90GX2-BK 19" LCD Screen Resolution 800 x 640 Keyboard Leopold Tenkeyless with Cherry Blue switches, USB Mouse Logitech or Microsoft optical wired; either USB or PS 2 PSU Seasonic SS-560KM, modular Case Antec Solo II Cooling CPU: Scythe Big Shuriken; Case: Scythe Slipstream 800 & 500 Hard Drives System: Intel 320 Series SSD, 80 GB;

2lexec Hi,
As Outlook do not support any option to import DBX file directly, so I would like to suggest you to convert Outlook express file into Outlook 2007 you can search it over Google by simply typing convert DBX to PST. For more details you can visit and understand how you can search it over the Google. Let me google that for you | My System Specs | | |
