Outlook 2010: Meeting to be added tentatively then removed if declined

Hi,

We are using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007.

I have set up meeting room mailboxes in Exchange and have it set so that some users are declined access to requesting meeting rooms and others have to have their request approved by myself.

When a user requests a meeting in a specific room, the meeting is automatically put into their calendar, even if it is automatically declined.

I want all meeting room requests to be added as 'tentative' and then be removed from the user's calendar if the room request is declined.

I can't find the option within Outlook to amend this.

Thanks in advance, Louise.
