    Back ground

I am trying to copy and paste a html to word 2007. My problem is part of the document is white letters on black back ground. I know how to change all the back ground. But only 3 paragraphs have a black back ground , the rest is white. Can you tell how to do this? Thanks Al Cassell

im not clear if you want change the black to white or vice versa.
but if you have a play with the borders and shading in the Home/paragraph section,
you can create a box using "outside borders" once you have a box around the 3 paragraphs then click the borders and shading tab again, select borders and shading at the bottom of the list and you can select the shading tab to select your color,
then you can reset the border box to clear style in the borders tab leaving the shader filled instead , if you choose black the txt turns white so presumably selecting white over the black background will change it accordingly. cant say for sure as i dont have your HTML to play with.
    good luck.
