Having Problems With Arrow Pointer

Hi,

I'm having problems with my arrow pointer when I'm trying to write email or write anything in Microsoft Word. When I have the arrow pointer anywhere in the text or it jumps around if I leave it while writing. For example, if I leave it in text where I have already written something, it will jump back to that part of the text and start typing into the text. I then have to delete and start again. How do I turn this off?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It could be you are getting interference from the touchpad while typing.
Go into the touchpad settings/properties and disable it and then see if that stops the problem.
If it does, then you can change settings such as sensitivity, disable while typing or leave it off all together.

Please report back and let us know the result.

Regards.
