Windows 7: Problems loading MS Picture it missing a file

My picture it says am missing a file. Where can I download the file:PIP\PIP\shoebox\p18pb.sbs from works 2002?(for picture it)

I have faced same issue with other outlook version. Microsoft Outlook uses a default setting to block the automatic display of pictures in email messages to protect users from spam. There are several steps through which you can display some or all pictures automatically in your email messages with Microsoft Outlook. To enable the automatic download settings, please follow the steps below:

• From the Outlook 2003 menu bar, click "Tools" -> "Options"

• Then change to the "Security" tab and click the button "Change Automatic Download Settings..."
• hen unchecked the option "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail" and click "OK"
