Office 2010 Send-To-OneNote Button "Not Available" in IE9 or Excel?

I've just "upgraded" to Office 2010 and cannot find the "Send To OneNote" button either in IE9 or Excel. This is (rather was) one of OneNotes most valuable tools. It worked great for me in Office 2007 (which I had to delete because it was 32bit).
There is a "Send To Onenote" command in the IE9 "Tools" menu---but it activates the "Research" tool, not "Send To OneNote" action--which is really annoying.

Is this a known issue that's going to be fixed soon? I used "Send To OneNote" frequently in Office 2007, especially from IE, and really notice the "downgrade".
