Outlook 2010 - synchronizing Folders
I have been having the following problem since I upgraded MS Outlook 2007 to MS Office 2010.
Problem: When I launch MS Outlook 2010, it begins the Send/Receive process on two of my email addresses (both are from my AOL account). It takes an average of 60 seconds to complete the synchronization of my default (AOL) account. If I attempt to access my default account even though synchronization process has not been completed, the screen becomes white (same as greyed out) - if I click the screen, message appears at the top of the screen saying that Outlook is not responding. A message appears gives me a choice of either closing Outlook, restarting Outlook or do a search for a fix.
After a few moments Outlook comes back - in some cases, when I again try to access my default email, the above once again happens once again.
If I launch Outlook and wait (sometimes up to 2minutes for synchronization of my two AOL accounts) until all synchronization processes have been completed, I can access my emails with no problems.
Does anyone know why this is happening??? It is getting to be a pain especially if I am waiting for an important email and have to go through the avove.
