    Find Command, shading a Table

I have always loved the FIND command when working with rosters of names on a table for scheduling. This command still works in Office 2010 but I can't shade EVERY table box for the name I've found. AS an exam0ple, if I have "Susie" scheduled for an activity 9 times on the same table in random cells, I can FIND her names on the table, but I used to be able to shade/color in her cells on the schedule. Does someone else know how to do this?

Are you using Word or Excel?

Don't believe Word tables have that as standard feature.

Very easily done in Excel using conditional formatting ie.
    1. Select entire cell range
    2. Set selection criteria value
    3. define color to set those rows matching the selection value

    Good luck!
