    Excel 2010 Multiply cell

I am kinda stuck with this issue, basically what I want to do is multiply any number which is put in row H by 10 and put the value in the next cell in row I, how can I do this?

    Thanks

    May Not Understand

I may not understand what you are asking. But if you enter this into the cell in which you want the result as a formula. "=H1 * 10" (no qutoes). This will multiply H1 by ten.

You will need to put the formula that HammerHead posted "=H1*10" into the the cell I1 then copy that formula into every row in column I that you want the formula to work with. Excel will update the formula each time you copy it so that it will change to "=H2*10" then "=H3*10", etc...
