Windows 7: How to save contacts/notes from iPhotos to outlook for mutilple users?

Is there a good site for asking my Outlook 2010 and iPhone questions?

I am using Outlook with multiple users and I would like to backup:

Contacts

Notes

I am currently using iTunes for doing my backup.

I can backup one iPhone to the default Outlook id, but also want to backup another iPhone to the other, non default id.

For example, both phones have contacts and Notes. Backups work for my iPhone and Outlook, it is the default id. When I try to backup my wifes phone using her Outlook id, I update my contacts and notes.

I also had the same issue with multiple users and calanders, but found a work around while seaching the web.
