How do I set up OneNote page to 'pop-up' at a set time

Hi,

not sure if what I am asking for is even possible, but I am sure someone here will have the answer if it is.

I am required to send an update email to my boss every Thursday. In an attempt to stremline the process, I have created a template in OneNote from which I can email the update directly...so, every week I create a new page (on the right of the screen), complete the template and email. I have also created a 'task' in Outlook to reminding to send the update.'

My question is this - is there a way to have OneNote 'pop-up' or open automatically at a set time every Thursday (i.e. like a task reminder) and create a new page based on my template?

I am able attach/embed a task into the OneNote page template but I can't seem to make it open OneNote directly.

Thanks for your help
