Win 7 clean build - reinstallation of Office - issues?

Re: Windows 7 install... I guess this may be a little off target but... I currently run Office 2007 on Win XP Pro, and will clean install Windows 7 Pro when it ships in October.

Can anybody confirm that I will be able to successfully reinstall office 2007 onto the Win 7 build - ie will Microsoft recognise it's a legitimate licence reinstalled legally onto the same machine? I ask because two things will have changed - there's a new HDD and a new OS (Win 7) - and I am concerned to know that Microsoft will not tell me I'm trying to install Office illegally on a "second machine", having already installed and activated it once onto what is actually the same machine on my (current) XP Pro build...

Thanks!

Don't sweat it.

You can install 2 Office copies on the same machine or you can install it on 2 machines at home (ONE DESKTOP AND ONE LAPTOP) if you are the same owner. Now the story is different if you have Home or Student. That goes for three machines.

OEM is one machine.

New motherboard Windows 7 reinstallation/activation issues
I have an HP MT 3125 running Windows 7 Professional x64 OEM. The motherboard died so I decided to replace it rather than go to the expense of a whole new machine. I know this would probably be easier if I replaced with the same model (it was a Foxconn H-Alpinia-RS780L-uATX), but I happened to have...

Multiple BSOD Issues - Question About Reinstallation
Hi all, to make a long story short I came home from a weekend of WWP to find my computer asleep (nothing unusual). I move the mouse to wake it up as I always do and got no response. It had done that a few times before and I simply restarted the computer and it was fine. This particular time...

Hi, hopefully someone can help because I am stuck. I've been running 7 for a couple of months with no issue. Last night I got the win 7 antivirus virus and edited my registry to remove it. I must have deleted something critical because this morning no programs will run. I kept getting an error...
