Windows 7: Account exceeded command or bandwidth limits (failure)

Please, I need urgent help for this serious mistake.



I have a problem with Gmail / IMAP / Outlook 2010 64-bit / Windows 7 64-bit.
"Synchronization of Gmail IMAP folders subscribed never ends."
"He's always open a popup window asking password"

I use Outlook 2010 at home.
I have multiple Gmail accounts configured with IMAP (Outlook 2010 - Windows 7 64bit). All working well.
Only one is not working well and gives these errors.

I disabled the Windows Firewall and the problem was not resolved.

The server has rejected your login. Please verify that your user name and password are correct.

Configuration:
Account: GMail
Server: imap.gmail.com
User name: [endereço]@gmail.com
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 993
Secure(SSL): 1
Error Code: 800cccd1

If I force the creation of the account and import the saved settings, gives this error:
Too many commands before auth d38if2286369wek.60

Well my user name and password ARE correct. My web-based GMail works fine.
I've changed the password to another stronger with small and large letters and numbers. It did not work.

The unlock captcha page fixed nothing.

I did a search through the help of Google Product Forums with POP and IMAP filter and all I see are just other users with the same problem and I have no answer.

I configured the same account [endereço]@gmail.com but for POP. And everything works fine.

I still can not configure this account with IMAP. In synchronization of folders gives error.
All other IMAP accounts work fine. Just even this is malfunctioning.
I have reviewed the settings and everything is fine.
I deleted the account and registered again, without success. The error in the synchronization of folders continues.

I did another experiment: set this address [endereço]@gmail.com in Windows Live Mail.
Without success. It gave the same error.

My settings Outlook 2010 are:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server: imap.gmail.com
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 993
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Use Authentication: Yes
Use STARTTLS: Yes
Port: 465 or 587
Account Name: full email address (including @gmail.com)

The problem is with Google Gmail / Outlook 2010.

Please, I need this help very urgent.
