    Outlook not deleting emails from server


    Hi
    I have recently had a complete computer crash and had to reinstall my programs/files etc.
    Since I reinstalled office I have this problem with outlook. i have an exchange account. Prior to this outlook and my iphone reflected the information on the exchange server, so if I read and deleted an email from either my pc or iphone it deleted it from both. Now, however, if I delete from outlook, it doesn't delete from the server so it still shows on my iphone. Deleting from my iphone still has the desited effect of deleting from the server and hence outlook.
    Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?

    I hope it would help you:

    Tools/Account Settings/ -> select account and click Change...
    Then More settings/Advanced
    Make sure you have unchecked "Leave a copy of messages on the server" option.
