Close Group remain disabled in Excel 2007

when i open two or more excel files and work on them its working fine but after finished work on them whenever i close them i have to close them one by one because close group , minimize group , etc. remain disabled on right click to excel files.

Try holding down the 'Shift' key and touch the X in the red box on the top right corner.

it is an alternative and doesn't work for me.

i want to enable all the feature Cacade , Tile Vertically , Tile Horizontally , Minimize Group , and especially Close Group.

any help would be appreciate.
