Enable links in Outlook 2010

    Enable links in Outlook 2010


    I have Outlook 2010 on Windows-7 64-bit.
    Since yesterday I have been unable to use any links in received emails.
    When I click on a link in an email I get a message box saying, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
    Well, I am the system administrator and I have done nothing to encourage this behaviour.
    Can anyone tell me how to restore the functionality of links in my received emails, please?

    I found the solution in one of the links this site produced, similar to my own question.
    Links in Outlook 2010 don't work
