Outlook 2007 Not Responding, BSOD Hey guys
I have a problem with Outlook 2007 not responding and then after a while BSOD and restarting. I've got the dump file uploaded here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/46051015/112212-14071-01.dmp
Windows 7 Home Basic, it seems to only do it when connected to the internet, seeing as it's also fine in Safe Mode, it does connect to and Exchange Server. Also the computer had a virus/malware, which has been removed, I've also ran a Disk Check on startup everything is fine. I'm thinking something might have been damaged?
Software used to remove virus/malware:
Avast
Malware Bytes
I appreciate any help/advice you can give.

Welcome to SevenForums.
It looks like Avast! antivirus is creating the problems itself. Code: *******************************************************************************

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:

Thanks for the welcome.
Did as you said, seems to be stable, will check over the next few days and see what happens. I think what happened, this is someone elses PC, they activated the 30 Day Pro Trial, after switching back to the Free Version, Avast uninstalls some components, therefor the person actually installed MSE, I told them to uninstall one, seeing as the PC started doing this, thinking that the 2 Anti-Virus Programs were creating problem. I'm running MSE now, can probably install Avast again, but think lets not mess with something that is working.
Thanks for the quick response, appreciate it. Will come and Mark as Solved in a few days if the problem doesn't come back. (Doubt it will) | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 |

The free version of Avast! is good but some antiviruses aren't meant for some systems = problems. If and when that user installs it and it crashes again, MSE should be a permanent switch.
BTW yes, multiple antiviruses do create conflicts. Is it bad to run multiple antivirus programs?

BTW, Please upload the msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self assembled OS Windows 7 Home Edition 64 Bit CPU Intel Pentium(R) E5200 @ 2.50GHz Motherboard Intel Corporation DG41WV (PROCESSOR) Memory 4096 MBytes Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 398MHz Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 5450 (ASUStek Computer Inc) Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays DELL E170S on ATI Radeon HD 5450 Screen Resolution 1280x1024 pixels Keyboard Logitech PS/2 Keyboard Mouse A4 Tech Co Ltd/Logitech PSU 400W Case Nothing Fancy Cooling Fans Hard Drives 466GB Western Digital WDC Internet Speed 512 Kbps Antivirus Microsoft Security Essentials & Malwarebytes Browser Chrome & Internet Explorer 9 Other Info Imation 8 GB USB, 6 GB Seagate External Hard drive, ASUS DVD-E818A7T ATA Device |

Currently at work, will check them when I'm home.
If in case all that I suggest does not help resolve this issue, your friend may have to revert to factory settings/installation OR perform clean install of the OS on the netbook/laptop and see if these problems persist.
And if it is a hardware problem, I hope it's within warranty for replacement if needed. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self assembled OS Windows 7 Home Edition 64 Bit CPU Intel Pentium(R) E5200 @ 2.50GHz Motherboard Intel Corporation DG41WV (PROCESSOR) Memory 4096 MBytes Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 398MHz Graphics Card ATI Radeon HD 5450 (ASUStek Computer Inc) Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays DELL E170S on ATI Radeon HD 5450 Screen Resolution 1280x1024 pixels Keyboard Logitech PS/2 Keyboard Mouse A4 Tech Co Ltd/Logitech PSU 400W Case Nothing Fancy Cooling Fans Hard Drives 466GB Western Digital WDC Internet Speed 512 Kbps Antivirus Microsoft Security Essentials & Malwarebytes Browser Chrome & Internet Explorer 9 Other Info Imation 8 GB USB, 6 GB Seagate External Hard drive, ASUS DVD-E818A7T ATA Device Outlook 2007 Not Responding, BSOD problems?
