Bringing Outlook Address book (wab) into Windows 7

My motherboard expired on my XP machine and I was able to salvage my Outlook Express mail files and the address book (wab file) off the old hard drive. I don't care so much about the mail files but I would like to be able to recover my addresses. Is there a way to do that. I would prefer to use Thunderbird as my mail client, but Live Mail would also be ok.
Thanks,
Len

Have you hooked the hard drive up to another XP machine ? You should able to browse it and get any data off it you want.
