MS Office 2007 programs are not visible in right click on desktop

    hello,

windows 7 was not functioning well, so it was re-installed using restore option, then MS Office 2007 was installed, but then on right clicking the desktop, in the new option ms office 2007 programs are not visible, but folder is visible.... whereas those programs are visible in start menu.

    thanks and regards

    Dear prashu,

Method 1: 2007 Microsoft Office programs
    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
    2. In Add or Remove Programs, click Microsoft Office 2007, and then click Change.
    3. Click Add or Remove Features, and then click Continue.
    4. Click Microsoft Office, and then click Continue.
    5. When the update is complete, click OK, and then close Add or Remove Programs.

The Microsoft Office folder is now showing in the start menu.

    thanks Marshalhubs,
but my problem as i had mentioned was, those MS office 2007 programs (like word, powerpoint, excel, etc) are visible in start menu, but not visible on the menus via right clicking on the desktop or on the drive root only after reinstalling the windows 7 through restore option.......
