    Outlook 2010 not showing free/busy

Recently migrated a user from MS 07 to 2010 and now he can't see free/busy when creating appointments.
Only stuff I could find on google had stuff to do with exchange, but we don't use an exchange server.
    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,

Try to CTRL+Click the Outlook icon on the system tray, choose "Test E-mail Autoconfiguration", uncheck the two that have "guesssmart" in the name and run the test.

All that shows is autodiscover.xml failed.

As per my experience with Outlook and Exchange server; The Error Autodiscover.xml failed display When your outlook account configure with exchange. Is it in your situation?

We don't use exchange where I work, we use Google Apps.
Figured out the issue though, we recently put some users on Kaspersky 8 from 6, which cause compatibility issues with the outlook plugin. Reverted them back to Kaspersky 6 and it's working fine.
