All, we recently just upgraded all PCs here at our call center to new HP 6300 Pro SFF PCs. All came with Windows 7 Pro x64.
I installed Office 2003 SP3 with all the latest office updates from windows updates. I have several users complain that Outlook and Word crash all the time. I have also seen internet explorer crash in their logs, but it all stems from C:\Windows\SYSWOW64\ntdll.dll.
Here is an error log for Outlook and Word:

I have tried repairing office, re-installing office, and swapped out hard drives with new images and still get the same results. Removed IE9 and back down to IE8 and still getting same issue.
