Outlook Calendar displayed on desktop?

I am using Windows 7 64-bit edition with Outlook 2007.
Is there a way I can display the outlook calendar on the desktop as a gadget like the clock.

Here's one I found you can check out.
Looks like it would be pretty cool and useful.

Thanks David!
Just what I was looking for.
