| | Excel won't start, out of memory. This is ridiculous, I have 16 RAM! I use excel quite often and have not come across this before. None of my office 2007 will start. The program runs of the 120gb ssd. Maybe that is the problem? |

| | Hello Frodi, What do you have your page file set to? Virtual Memory Paging File - Change - Vista Forums If you have it turned off, or set to low, then that can cause you to get an "out of memory" error. Some programs require the page file to run properly no matter how much RAM you have installed. |

| | That should be plenty, but as a test to rule it out, set it to be managed by the system and restart the computer to see how it works afterwards. If still not, then see if reinstalling Office to repair it may help. |

| | Thank you for the advice Brink. I reinstalled Office, it seems that the program was corrupted. I don't know how that happened. So your re-install advice was really the answer. |
