That is an exception rather than a general rule. You are right, I forgot about that.

I was talking about all versions of Office 2010 except:
Not for resale software
Academic software
Home and Student software
Military appreciation software
Canadian forces software
Home use program software

These editions have their own restrictions that are outlined in
MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS - MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 DESKTOP APPLICATION SOFTWARE
Paragraphs 10 to 15.



And of course, Office 2010 Starter is a whole different story too.
