Publisher 2003 View as Web Page

I am using Publisher 2003 on Windows 7. No problem creating it but when I click View as Web Page and click to navigate to a particular page nothing happens. Everything worked before I Viewed as Web Page. Any suggestions?
    Thanks, Edwina

The web site publisher and creation in Publisher 2003 is outdated and creates sites to old HTML standards and should not be used. I have Office 2003 (including Publisher) and also FrontPage 2003 just to maintain an old standards web site.

Exactly what are you doing, so I can try to recreate it?

I made a simple website: Home, About Us, Product List and 8 product detail pages. Every navigagtion button works perfectly while I am in the Publisher program. Then when I click on Web Page Preview none of the navigation buttons appear except HOME and only the HOME page shows on the screen. Nothing is clickable.
I have found a stand alone copy of Publisher 2013 for $109.99. Has anyone used this and is it as easy to use as Publisher 2003?

I can't say about Pub 2013 as I don't have it or know what it contains. Microsoft has discontinued FrontPage and I'm not sure what they have, if anything, for creating a web site.

I just checked the web site pages that I maintain in FrontPage 2003, which from what I can tell works about the same as Pub 2003. When I preview the web page it only shows that page, none of the links work. It looks like the web pages would have to be "published" to a web site (all the pages) so the links would work.
