OneNote 2007 Hyperlink default location

I have looked all over but I cannot figure out where the default for OneNote "Insert Hyperlink" is set.

I think I remember setting the default location in the beginning, but I cannot remember where.

Now I would like to change the default location whenever I press CTRL+K, but I cannot figure out how to do it.

My searches on the Internet have been unsuccessful.

Does anyone know how to change the default?

Thank you very much.
