i have a mailing list for a small journal i produce. i created and used it successfully for many years in word 97. then the laptop i bought in 2005 fell behind the times so last year i got a new one with word 2010. in word 2010 i could not find the equvalent of word 97's data form, which allowed easy manipulation of the mailing list. the list appears fully in word 2010 and i can change materials in existing entries but i have not found out how to enter new addresses. in addition, i am told that i will not be able to mailmerge and make address labels using the old list in word 2010, that instead i will have to create a new, blank list and transfer nearly 500 addresses to it from the old one by hand.
