    installing Microsoft Office Professional 2007

I have a problem installing Microsoft Office 2007 to Windows 7. I put in the disk, enter the product #, it starts and immediately stops and gives me this message:

I seem to have a lot of problems downloading installations since the computer has been back to the supplier and the OS re-installed. A lot of other bits and pieces have disappeared and I had to hunt for the Snipping Tool, Paint, Calculator, but what I miss most is a Windows program that I used to review photographs, it removed red eye, cropped, adjusted colours etc. I cannot remember what it was called, it is not Windows Photo Viewer.

Hi Vistaking, I used to have Office 2000, but that is years ago, and on a different pc. I actually tried to dl that again, but this machine won't even look at it, too old. I need Office 2007 as I have a lot of work on it. The files are all saved. I have been over this machine with a fine toothcomb to find anything to do with Office, but there is nothing. I believe the .msi is missing, but don't really know.

Try copying the contents to a folder inside the computer and rerun the setup.exe

Regarding the Software to remove redeye is it called Windows Photo Gallery? I believe that is part of Windows Live Essentials

I did try to run the contents to a folder inside the computer and run the setup.exe. I get the same message.

Thank you both for the photo-viewer, I decided on the fastone as I don't want to install Microsoft live at this stage. That is indeed a great program WHS.
